How do i run this code in mac?

Hello there! 
I am new to github and have been trying to run your code in my laptop(both windows and mac) but to no avail.Can you please provide step by step instructions regarding this?Like which version of python to install or like how and where to install pytorch and other requirements.I shall be grateful for any help.
