Improve documentation #1416
Description
This is hard and old task but it's time to improve the H2GIS documentation.
There is a proposal from @gpetit to use ReadTheDoc.
The plan for a future doc is to have a least the folowing entries
- Introduction
- Architecture
- Functions docs with samples
- Uses cases
- Developpers
- Sections for other libs (CTS, OrbisData)
