Add support for watching workspaces/virtual desktops/spaces along with app name and window title.

I think it would be great for the aw server to receive this parameter from the watchers, so each watcher should implement his way to access the current workspace number and send it to the aw server.

For me I'm building a tool on top on activity watch for personal use but i plan to share it, and i am going to rely heavily on aw data, but i will track current workspace as well.

since im using hyprland i found that the aw watcher window hyprland actually tracks workspace, so rn im using it, for me this is what i needed
