I'm Kevin Bonham, I do microbiome stuff. I haven't needed features from this kind of package for a while, but have in the past (when I had to use biopython) and suspect I will in coming years. 👋

I'm Ciarán O'Mara. I use GenomicFeatures as a core component of DNA adenine methylation counting algorithms in pre-analysis of DamID data. I also use GenomicFeatures to roundup data to splice into count matrices.
