Allow access via fine-grained personal access tokens, but require admin approval
Continue to allow personal access tokens (classic) without admin approval (current GitHub default), since fine-grained PATs are still in bet
Reason for this: PATs are one way to enable write access from iffAiiDA to GitHub JuDFTteam repositories, when iffAiiDA is used as development environment. (Background: SSH-based remote URLs are not an alternative option due to iffAiiDA's pip-based config, all repos are installed via HTTPS; but GitHub disallows pushing to HTTPS remote URLs for security).
Reason: I could have informed you about these settings changes on iffChat, but I felt putting the info here makes more sense. In addition, this can be useful in the future.

Hi! FYI I've just changed the following organization settings.
Settings > Third-party access > Personal access tokens
Reason for this: PATs are one way to enable write access from iffAiiDA to GitHub JuDFTteam repositories, when iffAiiDA is used as development environment. (Background: SSH-based remote URLs are not an alternative option due to iffAiiDA's pip-based config, all repos are installed via HTTPS; but GitHub disallows pushing to HTTPS remote URLs for security).
Allow organizational-level discussions (needs as 'base repo' which hosts organizational discussions; I chose masci-tools), and team discussions.
Reason: I could have informed you about these settings changes on iffChat, but I felt putting the info here makes more sense. In addition, this can be useful in the future.
