add 2 debian packages in the MX repo

you just need to copy and paste them.

one it's fortunes-off, the offensive fortunes. Because they actually removed it from stable and unstable for political reasons. This thing was in debian for over 20 years, while debian is around 30. I find this very concerning, debian is going the way of the godot engine. You can still copy it from the oldstable repo.

the other is python3-editables from unstable. It's required to build yt-dlp from source. You'll need to remove it the next release.

we won't be doing anything with fortunes-off, and we already offer yt-dlp in test repo.

if you wish to appeal this, make a package request in the mx forum. there is a forum for that.
