definedNames access in QXlsx

Hello. Could anybody tell me please whether the QtXlsx library allows access to definedNames object in a workbook document? There is a Workbook::defineName function which adds a new defined name - but seems not to exist method to get one defined name or the whole defined names list from a document. The definedNamesList is a member of a private WorkbookPrivate class, with no public reading method. Is there any no-hack way to read it?
