Welcome to Quali’s idea box!

This is the place for all product feedback, suggestions and great ideas.

The idea box is an integral element in understanding how our product is being used and shaping its roadmap. Since we started the idea box we have been reviewing hundreds of ideas and have already groomed and implemented dozens (Delivered Ideas).

Please search before you post. We receive hundreds of ideas , so there is a good chance that someone in the community may have posted a similar idea to yours. Don’t forget to search the community before submitting a new idea. We’d hate for you to waste your time writing something up that has already been submitted or already has an answer and votes (don’t forget to vote!).

Once an idea is in “Active” state we usually only further comment when more details are required, but rest assure - we continuously track the votes and comments on every idea! We do notify that an idea is being implemented in a coming release.

It’s also very important to us to respond when an idea is not aligned with our roadmap, and to try to think of alternatives or explain what we see as product best practices.

Please be aware that our plans sometimes change and evolve with time, and we usually don’t communicate timelines in the idea box.

The idea box is a great place to talk directly with our product team. Please keep the discussion friendly and constructive. And please share as much details as possible on what you are trying to achieve. The most helpful Product Feedback posts are the ones that describe the nature and scope of a problem. Try to answer these questions in your post or comment:

• What is the problem?
• Why is it a problem?
• How do you solve the problem today?
• How would you ideally solve the problem?
• How big is the problem (frequency of impact, who is impacted)

Ideas lifecycle

Ideas move through a disposition lifecycle, in the categories described below:

New – Ideas under review

Active – Ideas that are aligned with our product vision. We would like to implement them, or address the need behind them, when it’s possible. This depends on effort and priority. We will sadly not be able to get to all of them. We track the votes on these ideas to identify common needs. Please vote for ideas you would like to see in the product!

Waiting for info - Ideas that are waiting for more information from the community user that posted them.

Planned - Ideas that we would like to implement and are currently in our roadmap. Please be aware that our plans sometimes change.

Not Planned - Ideas that are not aligned with our plans, which means they will most likely not be implemented. We still would like community members to vote and provide feedback and use case information, to understand if our vision is not aligned with our users requests and if so – why.

Existing - Ideas that are already part of the product and were missed by the user (everyone’s favorites :-)).

Duplicate – Ideas that are duplicates of other ideas. Users cannot vote on these ideas, and should go to the original idea to vote.

Alternative available - Ideas that have some alternative solutions that do not require product changes.

Delivered – Ideas that were implemented in one of our released versions.

Archive – Ideas that are older than 1 year with no votes are moved to the idea Archive to make it possible for us to effectively manage the idea box and focus on the right items.

Thank you for being part of our community and for helping us improve our products. Some of the best product features came from the idea box and we can’t wait for the next great idea.
