Show a drop down when choosing a value for abstract resource requirements at reservation time

When adding attributes to an abstract filter, you can set it to any, publish it and allow the user to pick the value at reservation time. When doing this for a Custom Attribute, the user sees a dropdown of possible values. When doing this for a shell defined attribute, the user only sees a text box. Our users would like to see a drop down for shell defined attributes as this is what we more commonly use. This also makes the user aware of what options they have to chose from and not have to worry about case.
