CloudShell Admin Toolbox Service

To solve the issue of changing the Resource Status flag on resources that failed to load via Auto-Discovery (creating new inventory inside of the CloudShell Portal), I had previously created a script to fix this.

From that I decided to move it to a service shell, and pack in a few other admin toolbox items I have scripts for.

This is an Admin Only Service Shell that operates only on Items contained in the current sandbox.
