Alternative to Installing APK?

When I click storage from the revanced manager app, to install the app, it just brings me to the home screen instead of file manager

Granted I am trying to do this on my new car center console - it is running android, but seems to be some one off OS

Ive already tried putting it in the revanced data file with file manager and no luck

Any suggestions would be great!

Patch the app on a different device, save the patched APK in Manager (icon on lower left of screen after patching), then copy the patched APK to the weird card device and install.

Or, if you have USB access then patch and install using command line and ReVanced CLI tools.

This may be a but in manager, manager logs are needed, however that button is not working currently, an issue is open for it
