I'm experiencing an unexpected behavior with the Omnichannel module notification sound when receiving a new message from the web chat widget.
When a website visitor starts a new conversation, the "new message" notification sound loops continuously on the agent's side, and it only stops when the visitor sends a second message in the same chat.
Steps to Reproduce
A visitor opens the web chat widget on the website and sends a message.
The assigned agent receives the message in the Rocket.Chat interface.
The notification sound begins to play.
The sound keeps looping indefinitely.
The sound only stops when the visitor sends another message.
