Does it have any bot integration feature?

Can the community version serve a bot. For e.g. whatever I chat with the bot goes to a python program (in other words the bot server). The program decides how to process the incoming message. So in essence we need python sdks to enable such a feature. So what is the level of support for this kind of a requirement?
