Login Page does nothing on clicking login button

System Configuration Details:

1. KP, DP, DB, Yarn, Jenkins, Other-Services: Ubuntu 18.04 LTS, 4vCPU, 16GB RAM, 250 GB HDD
2. Google Kubernetes engine: 1.21.12-gke.2200 with 4 worker nodes. Note: Currently Sunbird is not compatible with K8s APIs >= 1.22 and we have checked this
3. All systems are running on GCP
4. Image release for player: Image: release-4.10.3_RC4
5. Also find thread Deploy>Kubernetes>Player #101 which describes why we took the above player version.

@shounakacharya Most likely the org search API would be failing. Login button is dependent on this API response. Can you inspect the browser page and check if the org search API is working fine or not? If it's failing, please copy the org search API as curl from browser inspect window and invoke the API from terminal. At the same time, see logs on learner pods.

Also @keshavprasadms : I have updated the profileconfig_v2 before. I think, it is because of the "KL" it is not able to fetch, because there were multiple other places which referred to the profileconfig_v2 which I don't see anymore

Hi @shounakacharya , Thanks for the creds. There are quite a few API errors. I will consolidate the data and drop a note here.

The creation flow is giving incorrect 503 error. This is a know issue. Can you please update the configmap player-config? Please update this value sunbird_health_check_enable to false.
