Filters not working - board (Category) field options are not rendering

Sunbird Version - 4.10.0

Background -
We have updated storage for the sunbird portal to new account

Issue Details -
After storage account update for the project, We are unable to use filters on explore page and also on courses page.

1. We have renamed board medium class grade as Category, subcategory, language and topic in framework. this change was working fine in project before storage upgrade. Now we are facing following issues
2. Category(board) Search drop-down as shown in SS is not working
   

Checked framework API. It is working fine and giving correct response as follows.

Need help to understand why filter field options are not rendering and correctly.
