How to fetch unpublished changes in Framework using Framework APIs?

I noticed that changes like adding a new term to a category in a framework are not immediately reflected when fetching the framework details using the /framework/read endpoint, they only show up after publishing.

Is there an API or method available to fetch unpublished changes to a framework before they're published?

No @akash0708, this is the expected behaviour until you re-publish framework new term added won't show up.
