Not getting Certificate templates for AP and NCERT tenants in Staging env

@reshmi-nair We are not getting the certificate templates and unable to create Certificate templates as well for AP and NCERT tenants. The same is working for TN tenant user .We have connected with @rajeshk from Portal team and also with @Vaibhav from Knwlg team and all pointed out to connect with Lern team. Please help us on this issue as we are creating this data for CSP changes.

@anunagaraj For the new tenants, certRules configuration has to be updated using tenant preference APIs. [/org/v2/preferences/create]

Also certificate templates are loaded from /content/composite/v1/search API. So pls upload the templates with particular channel to get it in response. To upload this, pls check with Knowlg team @vinukumar-vs

@reshmi-nair Certificate configuration is done for the AP tenant and I'm able to add certificate template but when I click on Add certificate nothing happens. No errors in the network tab and the console is throwing some JSON errors.

@rajeevsathish there is no api call from portal when clicking on "Add Cerificate" button. Please check.

@Hari-stackroute this looks like the issue of JSON not having the parameter of issuer/signatoryList please check the templet that has been uploaded

@anunagaraj As discussed, pls setup a call with Sunbird-Ed, Knowlg and Lern teams. The template uploaded seems wrong and we need to correct it.

@AmiableAnil We have added the issuer and the signatory list but found that the certificate templates uploaded are old templates .Please update the document with the new RC templates so we can upload them as use to create the test data.

@reshmi-nair We are not getting the certificate after 100% course consumption for TN tenant. DO_ID - do_2136795956149370881410. Please look into this issue .

In staging few flink jobs were getting restarted and they were not working as expected. We are working with devops team to make the jobs stable
