Bulk editing for “Strings with failing checks”

Describe the problem

Especially the category “Unchanged translation - Source and translation are identical” which mostly consists of false positives.
Currently, the false positive strings need to be dismissed one by one which is not efficient as it can take several seconds for the system to respond to each request. .

Describe the solution you would like

It would help if all the strings with failing checks could be viewed together in one single page and have the option to dismiss or batch-approve all the strings at once

Can you please share the link where there are mostly false positives on this check? I'd love to look into that.

As for the bulk edit, you can add ignore-same flag using bulk editor right now. It will ignore the check for all the languages.

Hi Nijel, you can take a look at this project for example:

Most checks are failing because of punctuation mismatch and because of unchanged translation.
The issue is that these checks need to be looked at and approved over and over again.
The product has a release cycle of 6 weeks, translation are updated regularly and the translators hit the same failing checks with each project.

Looking at https://l10n.opensuse.org/translate/uyuni/docs-client-configuration-manager-50-mu-503/ja/?q=check%253Asame most of these probably should not be translated, so using bulk edit to add ignore-same flag seems appropriate solution there.
