Exclude source strings matching a pattern (e.g. <DEBUG>) from being imported in Weblate

Hello Weblate team,
I’m looking for a way to exclude source strings that match a specific pattern, such as <DEBUG> or <INTERNAL>, from being imported in Weblate for translation. These strings are placeholders or debug-only content and shouldn’t be translated.

Thank you @nijel, the Bulk edit add-on is a good solution for my use case. Below I will provide a detailed description of the add-on configuration to be able to exclude source strings that match a specific pattern, such as <DEBUG> or <INTERNAL>, from being considered by Weblate as translatable string:
Project(or Component) -> Manage -> Add-ons -> Bulk edit -> Install

Filters: source:r"^<.*?>$"
State to set:Do not change
Translation flags to add:read-only
Translation flags to remove: empty field

You can speed it up by including AND language:en in the filter (or whatever your source language is) because the flags are added to the source string.
