How to close human verification function?

Hi, I using a self-hosted weblate and installed it with Docker.
Last days I pulled the newest version of weblate and found out that a new human verification is added to sign up process.
I can't found the detail of it in the Document pages and cuz I didn't configure it, it won't work (the circle keeps turning and nothing happen) and stops people to sign up.
Need help to know how to configure it, at least how to turn it off. THX!

It is configured together with captcha - https://docs.weblate.org/en/latest/admin/config.html#registration-captcha.

Do you get any errors in the browser console when it fails? These might be worth addressing instead of fully disabling the feature.

Technically it doesn't fail. The verifying circle just keep turning and wont move on to the next process.

Console had these error messages.
