Chat suggestion page

I saw this before in platform and it worked well. A page where you can enter an idea (not only related to the website, but to anything Alveus related, and other chatters can upvote but also downvote them. Then chat can check the most upvoted ones. Just thought I would drop this here in case useful - feel free to ignore of course!

I don't think we should have something like this on the site for a number of reasons:

1. For those close to Alveus who are trusted, there is a private Discord server where ideas and opinions are expected/valued.
2. For the wider Alveus community, staff are regularly in chat and on stream, where ideas can be shared with them.
3. For the wider Alveus community, there is also Maya's Discord server, which has a few different channels for sharing suggestions that could be relevant to Alveus streams.
4. For business suggestions, Alveus has a contact email on the website that you can write to and they'll pass things on to Alveus as needed.
5. Having a page on the site for ideas, I suspect, would set (perhaps unwanted) expectations that staff at Alveus are doing to regularly review the ideas and act on them.
