Autoware Core is closely maintained by Autoware Foundation. This is currently under development with the goal of being a more stable maintained repo. Autoware Universe features are ported to Autoware Core where the development coding standards are higher. |

Autoware Core is closely maintained by Autoware Foundation. This is currently under development with the goal of being a more stable maintained repo. Autoware Universe features are ported to Autoware Core where the development coding standards are higher.
Autoware Universe is where community feature contributions are accepted and contains the latest Autoware under development.
The Privately Owned Vehicle WG is developing an AI-first approach for driving (unlike Autoware Universe which implements more traditional algorithms). The associated repository is where you can find and test the latest AI driving releases.
