Having trouble importing a Bottle to new system, icu error

Hey everyone,

I have a game I am trying to get running in Bottles. It was working fine on my last install. I copied my Bottles directory to a new install and opening it I've hit some errors. After debugging a few simple path issues I am hitting an error I can't figure out. Seeing the following in the terminal (launched the Flatpak in a terminal) when I run the game:

Any idea what is going on? I assume it is a missing dependency but I've installed all the dependencies recommended for the program and not sure what would be needed for ICU (International Components for Unicode?).

Set my DLL overrides to icu -> disabled and it works!
