bsscommerce/simple-detail-configurable makes Swatches disappear from product

I'm using the module bsscommerce/simple-detail-configurable (in V1.5.3) and I installed the Swissup compatibility module for this module.

It is working with dropdown type attributes but color swatches and text swatches disapear from the product page. If I disable breeze with ?breeze=0, the swatches are present again and changing the data (sku, etc.) is working.

Because it is working with disabled breeze, I am writing here.

First I though it is a compatibility issue with the latest version of the BSS module, which is 1.5.4. But after downgrading the moduel to 1.5.3, which is the version mentioned in the Swissup compatibility module, it's still not wowking.

Looks like it's working fine now. (I updated everything on your server, so you don't need to apply these patches).

p.s. Currently, our integration doesn't cover all of the features, you can also try to improve the integration if you find some other issues.

It is working now with the version 1.5.3 of the BSS module, but after upgrading to 1.5.4 the swatches are gone again. Do you want to give it another try? Sorry - I should have checked this first ...

These changes are Luma-compatible. If you'd like, you can reach out to the BSS developers and suggest including our changes in their module.

After we got this running in our development instance, I want to implement it in our production system. Unfortunately it is not working. I installed the modules, I applied the patch(es) and I compared everything against our development instance, but I can't find why it's not working.

You can add ?breeze=1 to the URL, and Breeze will report on not-integrated components found on the page in the browser console.

Just for my limited understanding: I did not correctly patch your module on our server, now after you tagged it, I can update your module with composer - correct?

BTW: I have written to BSS and received a reply - if you like I can forward it to you, although there is no relevant information except that they "recommend using the hotfix" you provided and that they "may add Breeze compatibility in future updates".

I'm not sure, but I thought you hadn't patched breezefront/module-breeze-bss-simple-detail-configurable, so I created releases for module-breeze and the integration module so they'd not require additional patches.

Oh, that's great that you've contacted BSS! I hope they'll add the fix eventually.
