How to migrate regular installation to Docker?

Hello, I have a chatwoot instance installed directly on the VM. I have lots of conversations in the instance. I want to migrate to docker installation with all of the data. Is there any documentation or steps I need to follow?

I will be taking a backup as per the doc https://www.chatwoot.com/docs/self-hosted/deployment/backup but I'm not sure about the exact steps to follow.
