problem with Loading bib files into citedrive library or with the search references

Hallo, I am experiencing some difficulties in the upload of the .bib files.

I have a large library in endnote, south of 10k references. I have broken it down into 18 smaller .bib libraries/files, each containing less that 1000 records. I uploaded them into Citedrive. It went well at first then towards the end I begun to experience difficulties. After uploading the last .bib file my library in Citedrive has only 50 references. I had them all before that.

I was trying to check the relative size of the citedrive library but I cannot find a way to monitor the number of reference in the library.

Also, I assume that citedrive does not override the existing library when importing references, so, the question is: where have all the previously imported references gone?

OK EDIT, second take on the problem.

It is not that the references are not there, in fact I just wiped out 10k of them 50 at a time.

Now I have uploaded them all again and the point is that I cannot find them. I see only the first 50. I used the search function but does not return the names of the authors I am looking for. So, I originally thought that the search function worked and that the references are not there. Now my position is: the references are not there, the search function is not working properly, or my expectations are off, in the sense that I expect it to be able to look for authors and maybe it does not, or you need to put something like an advanced search.

Any ideas or tips?

Hi Gioveva,

As mentioned in my email to you, the references should have been imported successfully if no errors occurred. Unfortunately, we still don’t have a perfect solution for migrating from other reference managers, except our workaround, which is not ideal.

Regarding the search function, it was previously pointing to an outdated field in our data structure but should now be working correctly.
