Issue Init TF State Backend

Hi, while trying to initialize the tf state, it doesn't seem to be creating S3 bucket and other resources. Is there something I am missing?

Here is the error:

Hey @anuragkanungo,

Couple questions to get more details:

1. Are you running this from your geodesic shell? if not you can get started with make all (while docker is running)
2. It looks like it's getting to the initializing modules and checking the backend. At this point the backend should be local. Note the -auto-generate-backend-file=false flag which means atmos should NOT generate a backend.tf.json file - so if it's in the component directory (components/terraform/tfstate-backend) you can remove it to "restart" this step
3. You'll need to be signed into a super user so we can create the resources. You should have a SuperUser created in your root account, credentials signed into leapp with the Named Profile ${NAMESPACE}-identity

@Benbentwo , thanks, looks like backend.tf.json was in the component directory, removing it and re-running solved the issue.
