New copier template to set up docker projects on Github

Hi all 👋

We have just created a new copier template 🎉 https://github.com/Tecnativa/image-template/

The idea was to have something to go along with https://github.com/copier-org/autopretty, for example, but this one to set up everything you would need to manage a Docker project on Github. That includes a CI system with automatic push to GHCR and DockerHub, as well as a base canvas for some python tests! 😃
