Question about Content Delivery and Cached Translations

Hi,
I have a question regarding content delivery (https://support.crowdin.com/content-delivery/).
I'm experiencing an issue where new releases of distributions aren't immediately available to web apps that have already loaded previous versions. Instead, the apps seem to keep refreshing translations either from disk or from CloudFront, which serves a cached version of the previous release.

Is there a way to ensure that web apps always fetch the latest release of translations?

How can I know if there's a refresh time and If possible how can i change it?
