DBeaver cant connect to snowflake using private key, gives "JWT token is invalid"

We can connect to snowflake via java application using our rsa_key.p8, username and private key password without issue.

However, when we try to do this in DBeaver using the pro version "Private key" authentication, we always get:

JWT token is invalid. [46f0f13d-e887-4a64-8341-7194320a341c]

Any ideas how to fix?
