How can I make DBeaver add support for a new database?

This method worked when I tried it. What are the ways to make the latest community version natively support a new database? What operations do I need to perform?

What do you specifically mean by "natively support"?
All the databases supported by DBeaver are being used through the corresponding connectivity driver, typically JDBC-based. Its just that some well-known databases are listed in DBeaver's configuration in advance, thus automating driver download and introduction steps. It also is a licensing question, because DBeaver cannot just distribute any other 3rd party components, such as connectivity drivers, as parts of its own installation.
