Cannot install IBM I driver

Hello,

I would like to connect to our as400/Powersytem/ IBM I from dbeaver.
I have Semeru 8 and 11 installed on the machine.

When I try to connect I get this error

I am not sure what the reason for this is, or what settings I need to make to make it work
I have the latest version of DBeaver community installed.
