Can't check for updates

Description

Hello, I have a problem during use DBeaver software.
After I clicked the Help->Check For Updates menu, it always give me this error message as following:

Cannot obtain version information. Perhaps the network connection is down?
Reason:
Exception during a connection to https://dbeaver.io/product/version.xml
Connection refused: no further information.

I can open the url (https://dbeaver.io/product/version.xml) in web browser and get the correct response.

So, I don't know what's wrong with check update.
Can anyone help me?

Check C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\DBeaverData
Did you move workspace folder somewhere else? You can search it in whole disk with WizTree

Just delete those two proxy settings.
