Community Management/Manager Q1'2025

It has been an eventful year since I took over as DCDAO Community Manager. DCDAO, KtonDAO and RingDAO have made large strides forward and are evolving in a great way. We still have a lot to do as market conditions improve but think we have laid a good foundation to move forward. Throughout 2024 the CM program has underspent its budget each month and with market conditions still being challenging I have revised down the proposal amount for Q1’2025.

1.0 Objectives & Actions

1.1 DCDAO Development

• Continue to work with Partnership Dude to increase the effectiveness of the Advocate program.
• Sync with Avail to see what community efforts we can do together.
• Continue to manage the DAO Staking.
• Update the Weekly News that is being supported by the Ambassador program.
• Continue to strengthen our Ambassador program.
• Support Saso as he works to build up KtonDAO and build utility for KTON.

1.2 Community Education

• Work with June to provide more educational content for DCDAO medium.
• Support the governance transition for RingDAO.
• Continue engaging our community with the weekly Quizzes and help them to learn about Darwinia/RingDAO.

1.3 Community Management

• Continue to interact with the community as needed to support them.
• Continue to maintain our communities to keep them free from scammers and other issues.
• Support the Ambassadors in the projects and ideas they want to see move forward.
• Engage the community to be more active in Darwinia/RingDAO/KtonDAO Governance.
• Support and help Partnership Dude in his engagement with other project and initiatives.
• Work with Furqan and others in pushing our marketing forward.

2.0 Funding Support

The revised for Q1'2025 funding support is approximately 4000 USD/month. Here are the details.

2.1 Ambassador Program Monthly Expense

Within 2000-3000USDT/month(the will be paid by Ring)

2.2 Advocate Program Monthly Expense

300-400USDT/month(the will be paid by Ring)

2.3 Community Manager Monthly Salary

2.4 Other Expenses

In order to continue to activate our community and promote DCDAO, I plan to do some events like giveaways or other types of interaction with members in Q1. This includes rewards for the weekly quizzes. The plan going forward is to use any balance of the monthly funds for the Community Management program.
