Seperate keybinds to shift focus between tabs/windows within one tile (tabbed or stacked), and to shift focus between tiles.

Often I work with 2 tiles and frequently switch focus between them, but have other applications tabbed within these tiles which I use occasionally. It would be nice to have separate keybindings to shift focus between my 2 tiles and between tabs within those tiles.
