Can Access rights by records be turned off?

I feel like it is too easy to make bulk changes accidentally without a confirmation button on the Access right by records page (geonetwork/srv/eng/catalog.edit#/accessManager). Is there a way to turn this off?

There is no action to change privileges from here. Do you mean the privileges actions?

Ohh that's interesting. On our instance I can't see the overview only the selection controls, so I made the wrong assumption. I will see if I can replicate this in a fresh install.
