例如，添加了actionCd: 1000,或者actionDelay: 1000 ，在界面的id和广告相同情况下，首次切换页面不会触发规则。这里与切换时间无关。触发需要二次切换页面或者重新唤醒app才会触发规则。请问用什么方法可以解决这问题呢？
