Add support to Door & Window Sensors and Temperature & Humidity Sensors

Describe the enhancement

Several basic devices are not supported, could you please check ?

1- Door & Window sensor is not supported: Contact Sensor (unsupported) (p6sqiuesvhmhvv4f)
2- Temperature & Humidity Sensor: T & H Sensor (unsupported) (x3o8epevyeo3z3oa)
3- X5 Zigbee gateway not supported: X5 (unsupported) (nwxr8qcu4seltoro) (Note: The devices added over this gateway work on HA)

Use cases

Those devices would allow me to track the temperature and humidity in the exterior, I have almost identical ones (T & H Sensor (j3fjajf2x0apsqgp) are working perfectly.
Also support for the Contact Sensor (unsupported) (p6sqiuesvhmhvv4f) would allow me to track the door open/close status.

We could add a sensor for master_state and a button for factory_reset (I don't think master_information/master_language are useful)
It is quite simple to add, and you could do that yourself - see home-assistant/core#149233

Maybe you can make changes there to make statuses appear - but if it doesn't appear in the diagnostic dump then HA members cannot help
