Describe the enhancement

It is currently possible to add a robot vacuum through Matter, with support for starting, pausing, and stopping cleaning. Even different cleaning modes (vacuum only, mop, etc.) are supported.

What is not yet implemented—but is available—is the ability to select specific cleaning areas.

Use cases

This would allow cleaning specific parts of the house based on different conditions. I rarely clean the entire home at once. For example, I could clean the kitchen right after dinner—once it's empty, HA knows when—or clean the living room when I'm not watching TV.
