Live Activities support

Describe the feature

Introduced way back in iOS 16, it would be great if support for Live Activities could be implemented for the iOS app.
As discussed here, there is a clear demand for it with it being the most upvoted FR in the repo.

It has been said that the feature will eventually come to macOS/iPadOS 26, however it's not clear how that will be implemented (mirroring etc), therefore these devices can considered at a later date.

Use cases

There are many use cases, here's just a few:

• Alarm System - arm/disarm, motion detection
• Timers (eg. General/Cooking/Oven, etc.)
• Washing/Dryer - see remaining time/current cycle.
• EV Car Charging - remaining time until charge
• Door Look - lock/unlock state change
• ETA - person, device tracker etc.

Due to duration restraints, long events may not be viable option for live activities.

I'd definitely love to have this, even if with some limitations, which can be documented for proper use.

Truly would be a great addition.
At the same time they could add integration for Samsung's live notifications too.

Home assistant having this would be so nice, enables so much more transparency and interactivity with my home server.
