Add integrations dynamically

Hello,

I couldn't find the answer in the documentation (except maybe here), I'm looking for indexing transactions based on wallet address (tokens, natives, everything) but I have to do it dynamically meaning the list of wallets is changing over time.

Do I have to run multiple instances of shovel for each wallet ? Or can I change the config file dynamically to add / remove wallets addresses ? Do I have to restart shovel in that process ?
Also that wallet addresses list could be huge (1000+ ?)
