Seasons disappear, any idea?

Hello all,
first of all, nice app! Since i discovered it im loosing maaaaany greatful times to enjoy it by ordering my library and i have suggested this app to 3+ of my friends!
But..... since the 1.11.0 i have the following problem:
While i manage files inside my serie folder, i mean only "specials" or "extras" folders (the special folder have a name "Speciali" changed also in the Jellyfin settings), anyway, while doing that and refreshing the metadata to check new files, for ALL the serie i do this i get this bug: seasons disappear from the serie, i can just see the "next episode" and i can access the season of this episode only by clicking on it. But the seasons posters disappear and i can't access them.
The log file say this:

Sometimes for fix this i do:

1. creating the ".ignore" file inside the season.
2. renaming the serie in something else that doens't have the name of the original serie inside (eg. "abc" instead of "series name backup").
3. scan the entire library.
4. create an empty folder of the serie with the EXACT same name as the original.
5. rescan the library.
6. delete the serie with the Jellyfin menu.
7. rename the backup folder of before in the real name and remove the ".ignore" file.
   In that way, SOMETIMES works, for small series with no special, no extras, and only 1 seasons. But now i am facing a big serie with extra, specials in a different folder name, many seasons, many episodes, specials and extra for each seasons too, etc...
   Doing the steps above didn't solve. The only way is to rename a serie with a new name. Example: before was "Serie ABC1" then you need to name is something like "Serie the ABC-1", in this was i think Jellyfin give it another ID and you can have it back again and hope to not destroy this too.

There is something else i can do?
This bug is already discovered? Is already under fixing?
What should i do? Im locked now and i can't do these 7 steps every time i add or rename or remove specials, extras :(

EDIT:
Another fix is to take the GUID from GET request and manually delete everything that is "a problem" inside the database, table "BaseItems". But the problem return if you rescan while having the "special" folder.

The settings for the specials folder name is only for presentation in the GUI. The server itself still searches for a Season 00 folder inside the show folder. See: https://jellyfin.org/docs/general/server/media/shows#show-specials

Ok, but why seasons disappear from the serie tv page if something went wrong?
It will be useful to add a security check, in case there is a GET error of a season inside a serie, the app should force a complete rescan just to check file path and fix it.
(the normal "update metadata" or "scan library" or "scan libraries" doesn't fix that")

I don't know why they disappear. Normally jellyfin just adds any folder inside the show folder as an additional season. Except it is ignored or has a reserved name (like 'extras'). At least before 10.11.z.
What is your folder structure and have you .nfo files enabled?

they don't "disappear", the fact is that Jellyfin write a recond inside the table in the database that cause the problem, so the GET funzinction return an error and so not return the list of seasons of the serie. I discovered a fast fix, just filter the GUID after the GET in the database, one of the record that come out is "empty", delete this and all come back normally. But i bet that not everyone can do that fix.
The folder structure is:

• TV series
• • Series name
• • • Stagione 1 (aka season 1)
• • • Stagione 2 (aka season 2)
• • • Speciali (aka specials)

Next time i face this error i will give some more info to fix it, but will be easy to fix right now, considering is just the fact to avoid Jellyfin to write an empty record in the seasons list of the serie (insede the DB) or just edit the GET function to ignore eventually empty record with the searching GUID (ID).
