neogeo.cpp official patched Romset "kof96a"

Hello.
I am collecting real neogeo MVS cart and found out that "The king of fighter's 96" was repaired by the manifacture after factory shipout.
Original Rom has critical bug with system frozen and later P-ROMs are officially repaired.
You can see repaired PCB pictures by MVS-scan website.

For repaired ROM image, it has been already dumped and registerd "HBMAME" as "kof96a".
I understand MAME does not allow any of fork or hacked rom image but this is an official patched ROM.
Any chance to merge?

P5 is a TC5316200 but file size is 1MB?

I called it "bug fix revision" like with rbff1a.

That should be 1MB as my dump is 1024KB (1MB). Some cases only "214-P5" printed surface but inside data should be same.
I'll try check with the latest MAME version as soon as possible.
