What can be done to help make the boxes below which are not checked, checked?

Completed:

• Jupyter Notebooks finally render mermaid diagrams in markdown cells with ```mermaid (see their docs)
• github.com renders jupyter notebooks
• github.com renders mermaid in markdown (indicated in this example)
• [nbconvert](https://nbconvert.readthedocs.io/] converts ipynb to html and renders mermaid diagrams
• nbconvert converts ipynb to html and then pdf via webpdf and renders mermaid diagrams

Not completed

• github.com renders mermaid in jupyter notebooks
• nbconvert renders mermaid via mactex or xelatex
