Heltec v3

For the life of me, I can't figure how to download the firmware onto this thing. As soon as I plug the V3 in it says connection failed. My USB driver doesn't even pick anything up like nothing is plugged in. It's driving me insane. Can somebody please help me?

Try this sequence with the buttons on the node to put it into firmware update mode:
Press and hold the user button, while holding the user button press and release the reset button. After a second or 2 release the user button.
