Cast music from local music videos

Some of us have old school videos from DVDs we purchased. These should be castable as audio (via the transcode machinery) to Music Assistant media players. (What an awesome stretch goal it would be, if Music Assistant could also cast video — but I'll settle for the sound if need be.)

The standard I know for tagging these videos is to open same-named .nfo files that look like this:
