Offline Compatibility for Local Music Playback

MA recently made changes that break local-only functionality if MA isn't connected to the internet. In the interest of promoting privacy and security, it would be helpful if MA disabled or removed these new connectivity requirements where they're not actually necessary.

This works in the current version of MA! Here's hoping it stays that way!
