Few Ideas/requests

Hi,

Thanks for all the hard work,
I'm using mainly my MA on HA with my phone, here a few ideas i had :

• switch on automatically the Builtin Provider when you launch the android app
• increase the title length of music (long title which is the case for all my podcasts) because it doesnt appear in full on android app, i get only the beginning of the name (around 25 chars)
• possibility to define a default player
