Onboarding and Duplicating Media Players in HA integration.

Most home assistant users who start using MASS will already have some or all media players configured in HA through integrations such as Google Cast, sonos, ESP home and so on.
When they set up MASS, it will create additional media player entities for each of these media player with _2. When users come to configure dashboards, write automations or troubleshoot these will, and do lead to confusion.

This process should be simplified, options include.

1. Add a prefix or suffix to the MASS-created entities that is clearer than _2 such as _mass
2. Offer to hide the old entities in some way
3. Use device linking to show both entities in the same device page
