Hey,
There are three of us in our apartment and we've been using Music Assistant for about two months now. It works wonderfully with music, and we even have fewer problems with grouped Sonos speakers (with the Sonos app, we had huge problems like sync crashes, speakers turning on and off while listening, all of which were absolutely annoying).
We also like to listen to podcasts and audiobooks, but we prefer to listen separately in our rooms. We've integrated three Spotify and three Audiobookshelf services so we can see playback history and progress there as well. However, the interface is very confusing due to the lack of user separation. Often, if we're listening to the same podcast or audiobook, for example, but with different progress, we end up clicking on the wrong one.
Is it possible to implement something like user separation, user management, or are there already ways to achieve something similar?
I already found a post on this topic, but it recommended hosting three Music Assistant apps. However, this is causing several problems with our Music Assistant and streaming issues.
Thanks
